As a business development agent, you will execute demand creation campaigns, event promotion and find qualified leads in order to support our clients sales force. More specifically:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fill-out client satisfation questionnaires for our clients’ customers

Validate data with target clients and update the database for business prospecting and/or sales leads

Compile statistical documents based on cllients standards

Invite decision-makers to marketing seminars

General administrative tasks related to current projects

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 months of experience in office administration

Excellent oral and written communication skills (by phone and email)

Ability to converse easily and confidently when discussing business affairs with company leaders

Ability to listen actively, persuade and be assertive

Excellent computer knowledge (databases, Office suite: intermediate Word and Excel)

Basic IT knowledge

Discipline and thoroughness are essential for this position

Ability to multitask and adapt to change
