As a senior business development agent, you will be a key person for the team. You will also lead and execute demand creation campaigns, company profiling and telemarketing for our clients. Furthermore, you will be led to advise our clients on the best practices for marketing business solutions. More specifically:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact company executives across Canada (and sometimes the US) to build qualified lead pipelines for our clients

He identifies key decision makers and initiates a conversation with them to introduce, determine and create interest in our client's products & services

He documents the results of each call, updates the database and provides feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts

When he has identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to our client's sales team who take it from there.

REQUIREMENTS

Business-to-business telemarketing and/or sales experience required (about 4 years min.)

strong research and interviewing abilities

Strong information technologies skills (erp, crm, software, hardware, data base, electronic commerce, etc.)

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and buying process.

Tenacious and result-oriented self-starter with strong work ethic.

Proactive prospecting and analytical skills.

Ability to learn and think quickly.

Strong computer skills (Data processing, Microsoft Word/Excel).

Possess or be willing to develop a solid skill set.

College or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Administration, Computer Science or any related domain (Assets)
