As an
Inside Sales representative, you will have to build and
maintain long term relationship with the clients of
public sector within your territory. You will also
qualify client’s opportunities and build a pipeline,
produce reports and plans, and work along with business
partners. More specifically:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clearly communicate the major IT account policy and
business offers over the phone, handle inbound and
outbound calls, preferably in both French and
English
Record client pains and needs to identify
opportunities and present them to the appropriate
Partners
Offer
feedback and prepare Territory Plans for the Team
Leader, Project Leader or main contact
Solve
problems and find solutions with other team members
Meet
deadlines and expected quota performance on a
monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in outbound calls or sales calls
Bilingual (English-French/written and spoken)
Know
how to use Microsoft suite
Understand Client/Partner relations
Have
excellent communication skills and clear
pronunciation
Persistent, hard working, positive person
Able
to multitask, adapt, learn
Confident in your abilities and that you can succeed
Motivated by sales challenges and expectations
Have
a solid understanding of IT or IT Solutions, or
strong IT background
Have
worked in the public sector as an Account Manager
for a Large Account Reseller (LAR).
